I have loved baking as long as I can remember. Within the last few years, I have really started to dive into baking breads and cakes!
A few of my favorite items to bake are: cakes, cupcakes, cookies, pies and breads.
Baked goods make wonderful gifts and are always fun to share with friends and family.
Before you get started, it's really helpful to know a few baking equivalents:
3 teaspoons = 1 tablespoon
4 tablespoons = 1/4 cup
5 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon = 1/3 cup
2 cups = 1 pint
2 pints = 1 quart
4 quarts = 1 gallon
Pro tip: Always use room temperature eggs and butter for the best results!
