I Enjoy Baking

Cinammon rolls have always been considered a delicacy to me. They were the first pastry I learned how to make from scratch as a teen. It took some time, but when I succeeded, it became the catalyst for learning to make more pastries on my own. Even though I take pride in my cooking as a whole, learning how to bake what's not pre-made for you taught me patience (especially with having to need dough and using it as an edible punching bag for stress releif!) while encouraging ways to explore new recipes. I even started a small business selling treats during lunch time in high school. Out of the variety of cinnamon rolls I've made, my recent smores version is definitely more popular. I would say baking has been a kickstarter and creative attribute for me as an artist.
