305 Fitness is a dance-based workout known for their mantra "make sweat sexy." The program promotes body positivity with easy-to-follow, fun dance moves a live DJ and encouragement from enthusiastic instructors. The program turns your workout into a non-stop cardio dance party. About halfway through each class, the instructor will lead a sculpting section, targeting different body parts each class, followed by a 5 minute “sprint” of interval training.
