I was replying to customer and financial advisors about their inquiries
concerning the company's products.
International Mobility Officer
University of Bordeaux, France (September 2020 - August 2021)
I was advising students during their application, replying to their
calls and emails and I was the main contact with partner universities. I
also helped students in their search for an accommodation.
International Programs and Mobility Service Intern
University of Bordeaux, France (February 2020 - July 2021)
I was in charge of looking for new ways to promote international
mobility to outgoing students. I decided to survey the students and the
staff about the current practices on mobility to find ways to improve
the services and better reach the students. The internship also had a
project management part, I created project management tools for European
projects (budgets, hr) and collected good practices to create a guide
for the new staff.
Administrative and Language Assistant Intern

I was teaching classes of French and English to Spanish students
(beginners to advanced level) and I welcomed customers (in Spanish), and
