As a Runner, I’ve always been intrigued by Yoga, I've heard so many runners that have combined these two practices and always tell how beneficial Yoga is for runners, but I had never practiced it before as I got really tired from my running days. However, I've always been willing to do it especially after being injured so many times!

I started to run again a couple of months ago since I did not have any race in mind because of the pandemic, I decided to take it easy and start slowly no pressure of running at any pace and running 3 times a week, so I could mix my running days with my strength training, which is also extremely important for runners to avoid injuries.

One day after running, I felt my body super tight and I started to stretch following some Yoga movements that I learned back in 2013 when I did not even run 😆 and so it happens! After that day I got very curios in doing Yoga classes, learning new movements, new poses and I got to discovered that it actually helps your body and mind to flow in harmony. Now, I practice Yoga almost all the time, or at least after running. I am always looking for improvement and discovering new benefits that practicing Yoga does to your mind and body. It honestly is AMAZING!
