Glashuset, or the Glass house as it would be called in english, has existed since 1955 and was by the used as the first fuel gas station in Sweden. Since then the building has been used for a few different things, but in 2018 a decision was made to transfrom the old fuelgas station to a new restaurant and brasserie with dining rooms, bars and outdoor seatings. At Glashuset they specialize in Scandinavian and Swedish food, and their central position allows them to keep open all days in the week year.round.

However, for those who are interested in Japanese and Asian fusion with Scandinavian food, this is a once in a lifetime experience. Frantzén has been rated as the 6th best restaurant in the world by WilliamReed's Top50 list, and has recieved praise from the former 3 michelin star chef Sergio Herman. Both the design of the restaurant as well as the food is pleasing to all senses and is a true once-in-a-lifetime experience and something you have to experience to understand.

This was my personal top 10 list of restaurants in Stockholm that you definetly should try out if you're ever around. All restaurants varies in both price class and targeted guests, so you are sure to find one that suits you.
