Her self-learning portuguese and recent programing course, are live proof of Mireia's proactivity, always willing to learn and improve. She was able to put up this page with only a 2 day course!
Mireia was almost not able to go on Erasmus, because her univeristy didn't have the permision to operate inside the program, but she kept her persistance until she managed to make her period of studies abroad. This is a good example about how she likes to make new accomplishments and face new challanges.
Mireia has always enjoyed working in teams, when involved in the association it would come almost naturally, Mireia likes to see the strenghts people have and empower them. She has also worked with very diverse teams, learning to work both autonomously and in teams.
When getting to work with so many different cultures and groups, Mireia understood the importance of respect and it's now one of her most important values. Both the association and my different jobs have teach me how important is to listen to people and work alongside with them.
