Awe-inspiring Women

"If they don't give you a seat at the table,
bring a folding chair" - Shirley Chisholm

International women's day, just like women's history month comes and goes each year. But it is so important to support women all year round.

There are so many inspirational women on this earth, but we don't always see them on television and in newspapers. In fact, big names covered in media are mainly male, because reality is that still more men hold titles such as CEO.

Even though we may have (fe)male rolemodels in our daily lives, many women may feel sometimes that they are not able to achieve their goals or dreams. Be it due to gender stereotypes, the challenge of work/life balance, the lack of inclusion, or even out of fear.

To contribute to the empowerment of women, below we listed some pretty iconic women in their field of work. They come from different backgrounds and show us to never take no for an answer, and to not limit ourselves!

Feeling inspired afterwards to take matters into your own hands? Perfect! Because we made sure that you can create and customize your own bag with one of these icons. Just click on 'customize my bag' at the end and get creative with colors and design!

Have fun and feel free to tag us on social media because we'd love to see the designer pieces you've created!😍
