The first Pilsner beer was formally presented on
October 5th, 1842 in the Czech town of Pilsen.
Pilsners are a type of light-colored lager that maintains its bright
color while undergoing a process called
"lagering" during production. Like other lagers,
pilsners are bottom-fermenting types of beer made with a
carbonization and brewing process characterized by cooler temperatures.
They taste amazing!
