Abs are cool, but have you ever tried arepas?

If you like tortillas and pancakes, you may like arepas too. Arepas are a super versatile dish from Latin America. They are so easy to make, and only require three ingredients: the corn flour (Harina Pan), salt (or sugar if you're making them sweet), and water. Arepas can be eaten for any meal of the day, and can be so delicious with just butter alone 🤤. You can fill your arepa with so many things (eggs, ham, cheese, tuna, veggies, and more!). They can be fried, deep fried, baked, or grilled. And who doesn't love a meal that is messy and you can eat with your hands! Bonus points: your kids will love them and they are even gluten free. Worth every calorie! 😈

The most important ingredient is the Harina Pan, which is the pre-cooked corn flour you'll need to make the arepas. You can usually find the flour in stores like Walmart, Target, Macey's or a hispanic store near you.
