This blueberry smoothie is not only creamy, sweet and delicious, it’s loaded with vitamins, nutrients and antioxidants. Made from just a handful of ingredients including blueberries, banana, coconut water, yogurt and flax seeds. It’s one of my favorite healthy smoothie recipes.
