HIGH DESERT
MILK
High Desert milk was founded by six local dairy farmers in Idaho. In
2001, these men decided to build something of their own and this
processing plant was the result.Not only did high desert provide another
place for the men to ship their milk, but is also provided numerous jobs
for the community. Year after year they continued to grow which required
further expansion on the plant itself, but also in products. Their two
most popular products are milk powder and butter. Butter being a
household staple means High Desert Butter is a community favorite. Milk
powder, however, is shipped all over the world and is actually in many
of your favorite foods. Do you like Tootsie Rolls, Chick-Fil-A, or
Ferrero Roche? The one thing they have in common is high desert
products! Ultimately, from the field to your fork, these men have
created an opportunity to be apart of the entire process from beginning
to end. They have contributed an amazing amount of time and resources to
