Paddle Boarding is a great hobby. It is a water sport that uses a paddle or surfboard and paddle to propel you in the ocean or any other body of water. It provides not only entertainment, but also stress relief and excerise. Not to be confused with Kayaking where the person sits inside a kayak and rows. On a paddle board, you will need to either sit or stand while you paddle through the water.
