What is journaling?

Journaling is writing down our thoughts and feelings. It can be done with pen and paper, or done online. It is typically done as a daily exercise. Journaling can help you record your everyday life and it can also help you process your feelings and thoughts. Think of it as cultivating a relationship with yourself. There are not really any rules to journaling, so journal however you see fit-- what works best for you?
