The best Thursday of the year 🍩

Tłusty Cwartek is a traditional Polish holiday that happens on the last Thursday before Lent, which this year is the 24th of February. It's a day to eat a dessert similar to a donut called a pącek (pronounced pon-check). Fillings range from the classic rose jam to Nutella, and toppings can be sliced almonds, candied orange peel or simply icing sugar.
