Aerial yoga (or fly yoga) is a hybrid type of yoga that combines traditional yoga poses, Pilates, and dance with the use of a hammock.
Actually, at first it seems scary and really hard, but the trick is not to compare yourself with the rest of the class. Once you get more confident and stronger Fly Yoga gets to be fun and challenging. It feels like you are part of Cirque du Solei 😂
