Yoga makes me happy!
It wakes me up at dawn and contradict my inner sloth and find some
me time
in this crazy busy world.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not a huge expert or something (
that is not the point, really! whoever tells you that, doesn't have a
damn clue about it!
) I just think it really makes my life better. So what is it about yoga
anyway that makes so many people talk about it? Well, first, I would say
it teaches you to be patient, because, as in many other things, you
don't really feel its benefits right away. And what are those?
Well, first and foremost, I would say promotes a mind-body connection,
it develops your overall mindfullness and conscious eating. Also, it
increases your flexibility, strengh and balance and really improves yous
posture. It also helps me decrease my stress levels and sleep better,
which does not come so natural for me, unfortunately. So that's why I
really enjoy practicing! And what type of yoga and meditation (
it's kinda included in the practice
) do I enjoy the most?
