A bowl of hot noodle soup is divine on a cold winter's day. There are so many varities to choose from: ramen, laksa, chicken noodle; but the one that has my heart is Phở. Phở is a Vietnamese soup dish consisting of broth, rice noodles, herbs, and meat. Phở is a popular food in Vietnam where it is served in households, street stalls and restaurants countrywide. Phở is considered Vietnam's national dish.
