A pillowy handmade bread loaf that is fragrant in its simplicity. The typical bread that is used in local coffeeshops that sells local breakfast such as Ya Kun Kaya Toast. It has become one of the breakfast staples for many Singaporeans.

The childhood: Rainbow Bread 🌈🍞

A childhood core memory where you'd run out to the streets and chase the ice cream uncle whenever that familiar sound of the bell rings. In fact, rainbow bread actually really did resemble a rainbow in the past, but then bakers reduced the food colouring in the recipe, leaving just pink, yellow, blue and green.
