Cats are a great companion for anyone. Cats have an unique personality, they are very intelligent, confident and quite independent compared to dogs, sometimes cats are even weird (in a funny way). The mix of all these traits is what makes a cat a very interesting, intriguing and wonderful animal. Cats have been living with us for a long time already. They are domesticated but never lost all their wild behavior features. One behavior that exemplifies it happens when they try to hunt small prey, as they move very similar to their cousins, big cats like lions, panthers, and so on. So if you want a pet friend that will love you for all his life, keep company to you, but still will have some independence and doesn't need too much to be maintained, the perfect pet for your is a cat. All breeds of cats are great but I specially love siamese cats. One last tip is to adopt a cat, don't buy one.
