I love Gatlingburg, Tennesse!
Home away from home
There is nothing I am more passionate about than Gatlingburg, Tennesse! Every year my family takes a vacation here and it never gets old. Gatlingburg is known for Great Smoky Mountains National Park. It is a mecca for outdoor lovers! As there is many things that Gatlingburg offers, There are definitely some that you must see! My favorite parts are the stunning waterfalls along wooded trails and swimming holes (The Sinks), The amazing caves they have to offer (Tuckaleechee Caverns), strenuous climbs and views (Clingmans Dome) and outdoor adventures to do (Anakeesta). There are also a bevy of educational exhibits, including historic structures from early settlers like those at Cades Cove. The Sugarlands Visitor Center is a perfect starting point to learn the history of the park, pick up trail maps or make reservations for ranger-led programs.
