What is Self-care?
Self-care is the process of taking care of oneself with behaviors that
promote health. You engage in some form of self-care daily with food
choices, exercise, and sleep. Practicing self-care is important for
taking care of your mind, body, and soul. Self-care can be
emotional, physical, social, practical, mental, and spiritual.

- Write down three things you are grateful for
- Drink a glass of water
- Say affirmations aloud
- Do some stretches
