So you're thinking about getting a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel...

Meet my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Jasper 😊

The Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Is commonly referred to as CKCS, they are a loving and loyal breed typically weighing between 8-12kg when fully grown. They come in four colourings Blenheim, Ruby, Black and Tan and Tri-colour. The kennel club recognises the CKCS as the largest of the toy breeds. Their nature is calm and very friendly, they are great lapdogs and are good around children 😇 .

However, they are companion dogs and cannot be left home alone for long periods. Typically a cavalier needs around 60-90 minutes of exercise per day. 🏃

They should be walked early in the morning and later at night in warmer weather. Cavaliers should be health tested as they suffer from genetic health conditions . Always buy from an approved kennel club breeder, or adopt.
