This delicious treat is an easy and quick recipe that is easy to impress
guests with or comfort you on a cold day. It goes perfectly with a warm
beverage, as a sweet breakfast, or a wonderful dessert. With a few quick
and easy substitutions it can be made plant based and lactose free!
Plant based alternatives
1 cup White Sugar
1/2 cup Butter *
2 Eggs Beaten **
3 Bananas (mashed)
2 cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt
Mix in the order given. Bake in a Greased loaf pan at 350 °F (~175 °C) for
40 minutes to an hour.
Makes 2 small loafs
* substitute butter for 2 TBSP of water & 6 TBSP of Coconut Oil (Or
vegan butter)
** Substitude Egg for 1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce or 6 TBSP of
Aquafaba
