Dim Sum (traditional Chinese: 點心) literally
translated to mean “touch the heart”. It is a variety of small-portion
Chinese dishes that are traditionally enjoyed in Teahouse for brunch.
People refer to consuming Dim Sum as having “one cup, two pieces” as Dim
Sum are designed petit food items that accompany the tea drinking.
Savory or sweet, Dim Sum has a very broad range of flavors,
textures, cooking styles and ingredients, including steamed and fried
