Why Dwight Schrute is the Best Character on The Office
The Office is a widely renowned show emphasizing how the
workplace can be fun albeit ordinary. The show brought to light many
personalities often seen in an everyday office. For most who have seen the
show, gravitating towards the "fun boss" or the "romantic interests" come
naturally. However, I am here to give just a few of many reasons why
Dwight Schrute, Dunder Mifflin's top salesman, owner of a 60-acre beet
farm, and loyal friend is truly the best character of the show.
Exhibit A:
Dwight stood up for a fellow colleague and got fired but did not let
that hold him back. He took on the brave quest of finding a new job and
stayed positive throughout.
Exhibit B:
Although never taken seriously, he always holds his colleagues
accountable and ensures everyone is taking their jobs as seriously as
him.
Exhibit C:
Regardless of how people may feel about him, he is always prepared to
protect his friends.
