Significant literature

Humans are sophisticated thinkers. With moderate success we can read between the lines, and navigate our way through layers of of possibly contradictory information; recognising patterns and planing around hypotheticals. These skills result in our prospering beyond mere survival, and the development of activities reliant on non-literal forms of meaning and communication such as:

Comedy gigs, poetry, theatre, myth, irony, cinema, literature, art, and marketing.

Humans are also overthinkers; our perceptions are approximate, our instincts are imperfect, and our attribution of cause is filtered through bias and ignorance.
