It's easy to forget, as most adults are not getting enough fluids each
day, but water is essential for your well-being. There is no one-size
fits all answer to the age old question of how much water you should be
drinking a day. However, the current recommendation for generally
healthy people is
at least six-to-eight cups a day. But even a healthy person's water needs will vary. If you are losing
a lot of water through sweat due to exercise or being outside on a hot
day, your water needs will increase during these periods. It is always
