Ingredients


Mix the flakes and the oleaginous fruits cut into small chunks. Mix with the olive oil and fruit juice. Stir well and bake in thin layers 40 minutes at 150°C. After 20 minutes stir the mix to avoid burning the top. When baked let it cool down and then mix with your dry fruits and chocolate. You can store your granola in jars and keep it for a couple of weeks.
