Chicken Tacos 🌮🌮
These are the easiest tacos you will ever make! Made with tender and
juicy pan seared chicken breasts, mexican spices and bright mango and
cilantro. See below for everything you will need!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast. Cut into chunks.
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat 🔥🔥)
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped mangos
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup diced avocados
- Pico de gallo or salsa
- Jalapenos
- Sour cream

How To Make Chicken Tacos - Step by Step
- Place chicken in a mixing bowl. Pour 1 Tbsp olive oil over the chicken.
- Sprinkle with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, smoked paprika & cayenne pepper.
- Toss mixture well until evenly coated. (Marinate for up to 8 hours, optional)
- Heat non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Drizzle remaining 1 Tbsp olive oil.
- Place chicken in skillet evenly apart. Cook until evenly brown and no longer pink.
- Let chicken set for a few minutes.
- Layer browned chicken over taco shells, sprink with lettuce, tomatoes, avocados, mangos, salsa and cheese. Serve warm and enjoy!
