Few things drag me out of bed in the morning like the sweet anticipation of freshly brewed coffee. Despite many conflicting opinions on coffee consumption, most studies find that it can actually be beneficial to health! It's loaded with powerful antioxidants that effectively neutralize free radicals that can cause aging and a host of illnesses. Coffee also contains polyphenols which may prevent a number of diseases like cancer and type-2 diabetes. Alright, if I haven't convinced you by now, it's also delicious!
