Vegan food
removes all animal products, including dairy, meat, poultry, fish, eggs
and honey. Some people choose to follow a vegan diet for ethical,
environmental, or health reasons. Or maybe you're here just to try
something new. While going vegan can have health benefits, there are
some pitfalls to avoid. Be sure to do what is best for your body and
always consult a medical professional when changing your diet. Whether
you're a newbie or veteran when it comes to vegan food or you want to
