...that one day all offices and households will be paperless!
"Ethical and sustainable business practices are good for people, the
planet and your business.
Embracing values like diversity, healthfulness, transparency and
environmental stewardship can help
businesses attract and retain talent, grow customer loyalty,
stay ahead of governmental regulations and foster economic well-being and market growth."
Eugene Xiong, Chairman of the Board of Foxit says.
Here are a few tips for a more paperless livestyle
#1
Analyze your business processes and identify all process steps where paper is used.
Try to find alternatives for those paper documents, such as cloud solutions, document management solutions,
or other applications that allow you to edit and digitally sign documents.
#2
Are you a person who says: I like to write by hand and I need something in my hand?
Then I recommend a paperless tablet solution. For example Remarkable2 or "paperlike" on the Ipad.
#3
Observe yourself and ask yourself every time you think of printing something out,
if it is really necessary to print it out. Would it also be possible to save the document on your
PC or in your cloud?
