I never measure my ingredients when making smoothies,
this recipe being the exception. It is so easy, only requires 1 measuring
cup, and always turns out perfect.

Throw all these ingredients in a blender and mix it up to your desired consistency. Personally, I like to have as few dishes as possible so I use the quarter cup measuring cup for the peanut butter and then use it 4 times for the milk (math!). My favorite version of this smoothie is actually to use 1/2 cup of 2% milk and 1/2 cup of Hint of Honey Almond milk (not sponsored) but you can use whatever milk you like!
