Picture it. Summer, 2018. You decide to teach yourself something new and decide to learn how to crochet and the rest is history. You create magic with different types of yarn and different sized crochet hooks. At least that's where my crochet journey began. What's the difference between crochet and knitting? Both are textiles created with yarn, but with crochet, you have one hook while knitting uses two needles. Another difference, crochet can only be handmade. You read that right - you can only crochet things by hand, while knitting you can make things by hand or with a machine. Not to throw any shade at knitting though, as I still cannot wrap my head around knitting and the products are just as beautiful. Want to find a hobby that doesn't require using your phone?
