Ingredients:
2 x Açai sctratch packet which can be purchased here
1 banana
50 mls coconut water or milk
1/2 cup of granola
small handfull of bukini
tablespoon of honey
fresh fruit of your choice
Method:
gather all materials needed
pop the two acai packets, the banada and the liquid into the blender and blend until creamy
wait 2 hours for the acai to become frozen
scoop acai into a bowl
mix in 1/2 a cup of granola or choc buckini
sprinkle on fresh fruit for toppings, as well as coco nibs and honey for garnish
