The Bit-Baker device enables the production of an individual shape from dough. A 3D model is created as desired on the Bit-Baker's integrated computer and then produced using only a targeted stream of hot air. The result, the so-called Bit-Cake, is a baked product that is immediately ready for consumption and, depending on the customer's wishes, can be finished manually with additional foodstuffs in a subsequent step, for example by applying glazes or filling with jams.
