What activities are considered self-care?
Meditating, praying, exercising, going for a walk, getting adequate sleep, eating a balanced diet, drinking water,
going to the spa for a massage, lighting a candle, drinking tea, listening to music, taking a digital detox, taking a long
warm shower, planning a getaway, going for a drive, getting a haircut, and getting your nails done.
