The apartment. The story. The idea.
If I hired an advertising
agency, they would say "You can hardly live more centrally in Dresden
Neustadt". This is how the journey begins on Louisenstr. XX.
A year full of love and emotions, anger and despair, ups and downs,
successes and courage - success above all professionally and the courage
to break new ground. Then there is love. In German language five letters
L.I.E.B.E., whose impact on human life could not be more serious. And
then there's New Year's Eve - the motivating and everlasting "start of a
new year". But this New Year's Eve is decisively shaped by contact with
new people and a fantastic idea. The idea of an Art-collective in
Dresden Neustadt. And then there is again this L.I.E.B.E, a love that
never ends - the love of art, music and community. And so was the
beginning of a wonderful journey, the journey to
