states that a 2016 study found that Gotu Kola reduced anxiety-induced
behavior in mice that were sleep deprieved for 72 hours.
I myself am a
success story when it comes to taking Gotu Kola for anxiety. I take 2 30mg capsules every day to help mitigate mood swings and overthinking. I
haven't found any other herb that works as well.
