Ballet is a type of performance dance that originated during the Italian Renaissance in the fifteenth century and later developed into a concert dance form in France and Russia. It has since become a widespread, highly technical form of dance with its own vocabulary based on French terminology.
◻️ Why should I practice Ballet?
It helps you to improve your posture, body coodrination, flexibility and etc.
◻️ Is it to late for me to start?
Ballet is a hard sport but it doesn't burdens the body so it's a great work-out independently of the age so it's never late for you to start!
