Paneer is a fresh cheese that is a common ingredient used in northern Indian (as well as other nearby countries) cooking. Steps to make a delicious Paneer:

  1. Heat 1L of full-fat milk bellow boiling temperature, turn off the heat and add lemon juice while you stir; Stir
  2. The milk will start to curdle. When the solid is all separated from the liquid, sieve the misture with a cheesecloth; Remove Water
  3. Hang the cloth for about 10min to finish draining;
  4. Rinse it to remove the lemon flavor and squeeze it to remove the excess water;
  5. Close the paneer inside the cloth and put something heavy on top to press it for 3 hours. Press
