Five Meditation tips
Begin with just 5 minutes
Do not try to stop thought
Focus on your breath
Count until 3 as you inhale, count until 5 when you exhale
When you notice yourself thinking, acknowledge it and come back to
focusing on your breath
There is no such thing as a good or bad meditation. There is only
awareness or non-awareness. The moment you realize youโre lost in
thought, thatโs awareness.
