Diwali or Divali is a very popular festival in India : it is that of
lights, on the occasion of which we offer ourselves gifts and fireworks.
The festivities last five days, of which the third, the most important
(" Bari Divali ", "the great Divali"), is dedicated to the goddess
Lakshmi , the other four being associated with different legends and
traditions.
