consider the quality of wine?

• Balance

  In wines, balance can be thought of as a set of scales,
  with one element of the wine helping to each other

• Length / finish

  how long the pleasant sensations linger
  after the wine has been swalloed or spat out

• Identifiable characteristics /
  Intensity of flavours

  Wine needs to have taste and flavour as it is expected.

• Complexity

  Complex flavours and aromas are desiable features
  in many wines.
