INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients
  2. Rub butter in the mix
  3. Add milk and mix
  4. Transfer dough to a floured surface and press to 2cm thick
  5. Cut scone out with a 5cm cookie cutter
  6. Place cut scones onto a baking tray lined with parchment
  7. Bake at 210C for roughly 22-26 minutes
