Yummy Scones
Easy and yummy scones that everyone will love!
History of Scones
INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cup Self raising flour
-
1/4 cup sugar
-
1/2 cup butter
-
3/4 milk
PREPARATION

Mix all the dry ingredients
-
Rub butter in the mix
-
Add milk and mix
-
Transfer dough to a floured surface and press to 2cm thick
-
Cut scone out with a 5cm cookie cutter
-
Place cut scones onto a baking tray lined with parchment
-
Bake at 210C for roughly 22-26 minutes
