Software Quality
My name is Isabel Mendes, I'm 27 years old, I was born and raised near Porto and now I live in Lisbon. I am finishing the course in Electrotechnical Engineering that allowed me to develop my skills and knowledge in software. During my degree course, I started working at Vodafone (Contact Center), in the Sales department, as trainee, integrating the business sales team and supporting each buyer. This experience gave me insight into new and exciting topics that make buying / selling and trading so attractive. I dedicated myself to work and study and even later, I was invited to participate in a new project in Vodafone Business Client Implementation Support, tracking the processes of Large Accounts clients. Throughout this Support period, I have also developed a taste for telecommunications across platforms. Later on, having a taste for Contact Center, I joined Project Manager at Gocontact, my taste for sales and software materialized, helped me to optimize processes, quality control, risk and timings and improved my skills of negotiation, with attention to detail and also organizational skills I currently do Software Quality at Tekever, I have acquired deeper knowledge about procedures and software. best regards
