Yorkshire Puddings are a simple but delicious combination of eggs, flour,
salt, water, and milk.
Traditionally served with a roast dinner;
they originally came about in order to fill up the tummies of hungry
diners
so they'd eat less of the pricey meats to follow. Partial to
rebellion if baking instructions aren't followed to a 'T',
when done well, they are a mouthwatering hot-out-of-the-oven treat for any
day of the week.
