You're (likely) already breathing! While some types of
breathwork are intense and take a long time to master, others are simple
and can be practiced anytime. Simple breathwork techniques often help
people with things like stress, focus, nervous system regulation, sleep
and waking up!
An important side note: As helpful as
breathwork and other wellness practices are, they won't
on their own solve every issue! Breathwork may not
always be a helpful suggestion, so try to avoid giving
unsolicited advice 😉.
