Personally my favorite is a avocado smoothie. Avocados can give real substance to what might otherwise be an unfulfilling smoothie, and they offer a range of health benefits, too. They're high in protein and potassium, and a great source of fiber and healthy fat. Also in other countries like Mexico, Spain, Guatemale and Colombia they call it agucate, spanish for avocado. After putting some avocado in a smoothie, you may never make another smoothie without it again.
